At Ankur School, examinations are an essential part of the academic process, aimed at evaluating student understanding and fostering continuous growth. We follow a structured assessment pattern aligned with CBSE guidelines, including periodic tests, term exams, and practical evaluations. Our approach ensures a balance between academic rigor and student well-being, helping learners build confidence and readiness for future challenges.

 

Classes I & II

According to the New Education Policy -2020 the students of classes I & II are assessed on the basis of day to day assessments conducted in the class. There will be no exams for these classes.

FOR CLASSES XI & XII

Periodic Assessment- 1 in May (XII) & in July (XI).
Periodic Assessment- 2 in September.
Periodic Assessment- 3 in December.
Pre- Annual (XI) and Pre Board (XII) in December/January.Annual Examination of class XI in February/ March.
Class XII students to appear for the Board Examination in February/March.
NOTE- Examination pattern of classes IX-XII entirely depends upon the notifications received from CBSE.

FOR CLASSES III – VIII

Pre-Mid Term Examination in May.
Mid Term Examination in September.
Post- Mid Term Examination in December.
Annual Examination in February/March.

FOR CLASSES IX & X

Periodic Assessment- 1 in May.
Periodic Assessment- 2 in September.
Periodic Assessment- 3 in December.
Pre-Annual (IX) and Pre Board (X) in December/January.Annual Examination of class IX in February/ March.
